We provide a full dedicated Customer Support Service. Customers are able to call a dedicated Avery IT “Help Line” and speak to a "real person". The professional customer support department will provide full support over the telephone.

Instances may occur where the Avery IT Customer Support Service are unable to resolve the problem over the telephone, in which case the Customer Support Service Engineers will dispatch a Fully Trained Avery IT Field Service Engineer to the customer's premises in order to provide further support on-site.
